Mindfulness & Self Compassion Course - Monday Evenings


Would you like to learn how to become more of your own best friend?

Self-Compassion helps us to let go of self-doubt, draw boundaries, find balance and become fierce.

Kristen Neff's work teaches us how to stand strong while holding ourselves tenderly, meeting our needs, caring for others and becoming the very best version of ourselves (extract from Dr. Kristen Neff's book 'Fierce Self-Compassion).

Join me for this LIVE online mindfulness + self compassion course where you will:

  • Practise mindfulness
  • Learn mindfulness theory
  • Be sent a recording after each session
  • Receive meditation audio to practice in between each class
  • Hone 'savouring' skills helping you to see more of the good in every day
  • Learn how to practice authentic gratitude
  • Explore how to work through struggle using mindfulness
  • Develop ways to foster more self-compassion and kindness

I am running this course independently ie: it has not been endorsed by the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion - however as a Student of Neff's work and an accredited Mindfulness Teacher I am excited to bring this introduction to Fierce Self Compassion to my Community. It is not intended to replace formal trainings offered by Dr. Kristen Neff and her team.

**I am an accredited Mindfulness Coach and Practitioner for Children, Teenagers and Adults with a Level 5 Diploma received through studying with Louise Shanagher of Creative Mindfulness. This training is accredited to ACCPH & Life Practice Academy UK.

Having experienced how mindfulness has impacted my own life I am really passionate about holding a safe and secure space for others to explore its merits. There are loads of scientific studies reporting the benefits of mindfulness & the up-side of living a more awareness based life. I can completely vouch for this and am so so grateful to have built these skills into my toolkit over the past 6 years. However it is important to say that mindfulness is not a panacea / a fix-all. Sometimes it's really good to get additional support on our journey from our GP and or a Therapist. It is important to me that you don't feel isolated on this path so please reach out if the need for extra guidance presents for you.
