In-person or online Gratitude based Mindfulness Event - foster Meaningful Connection with your Team:

A chance for everyone to get together and connect in a meaningful way; a great way to grow and enhance relationships, while also fostering the attitude and practice of gratitude.

Scientific studies by many neuroscientists state that a practice of thankfulness helps us to see the good things in our lives more often. The more frequently we see & savour the good the better we feel. No previous mindfulness experience required.

The session includes:

  • Mindfulness of the breath
  • The theory behind the practice of gratitude
  • A short journaling practice
  • A guided gratitude practice
  • Some further journaling
  • A closing mindfulness practice
  • €500 - 60 minute online session (for group of 20 or less)
    • Priced on a case by case basis for larger groups
    • (+€150 for an in-person Dublin based session)
